About Us

It all started with Bailey, who went to high school with Sage. She decided to invite him to her roommate Ally's birthday party up in Spokane, WA. Sage was on the fence until he happened to run into Ally in Pullman, where he was attending Washington State University. She convinced him to make the trip and join her roommates and friends for the weekend. One of those roommates happened to be Claire. Sage and Claire didn't know it at the time, but they were about to meet the loves of their lives. The two clicked right away, and Sage drove back up to Spokane a week later to take Claire out on a date at a local restaurant. They started dating in February of 2022, and the rest is history.

Sage and Claire showed their commitment to each other early on in their relationship. In one of their early dates, Claire learned the rules and played lacrosse with Sage, as that was a sport he played in college and growing up. Sage visited Claire in the hospital 2 months after they started dating due to an unexpected kidney stone. They have many memories of being with and supporting each other over the years.

Sage proposed on February 14, 2026 back in Spokane on a hill on the Centennial Trail. Some of their family and college & high school friends were there to make that weekend extra special. The weekend was filled with great food, dancing, games, swing dancing lessons, and lots of love.

Sage & Claire are so excited to begin their married life in Fort Collins, CO where Sage is continuing his job as a Senior Software Engineer and Claire is completing her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. When they are not working or schooling, they love playing games, eating & cooking new foods, and spending time with friends. They can't wait to get married!
